If you would be willing to take a BETA software update for your SHIELD
Tablet to verify your issue is resolved, provide the serial number for
your SHIELD Tablet. You can find the serial number by going into Settings
-> scroll down and select About Tablet -> on the next page
choose Status -> finally you will see your serial number.
